I have the original "Quintaphonic" sound mix of Tommy from the Blu-ray, and I want to sync it to the full-screen DVD, which happens to be PAL. Or rather I want to sync the DVD to the sound mix. Who can help me on this one?

There's some pressings of the original 1999 CTHV NTSC DVD that have the 4:3 version ether on the disc (dual layered DVD9 I think) or a flipper.

Okay, but I don't really need another copy of the DVD, I just need to sync what I have.
