So I've started work on this project. Both of these movies have only been released on VHS and LD, the source for each is the LD with uncompressed audio. A fanres user kindly transferred the first movie from laserdisc, but the disc had some pretty bad laser rot in places. Been playing around with several manual and automatic filters and I'm pretty happy with it now. The picture has been zoomed slightly and re-centered to remove the black bars, cross colour and dot crawl removal, noise filter, dirt and laser rot clean and some sharpening.

Next stage is to work on Part 2, although that doesn't seem to have any laser rot.
The plan is to produce a blu ray with both movies on, both with uncompressed English audio and Italian compressed audio, plus English subtitles and a few extra features like trailers.
