Yes. In the review and the screenshotcomparison, the screenshots come from the bluray.
The caps in the comparison also don't match hence why you see a difference in framing.

So Top Gun also got an IMAX Enhanced release online as well. Currently streaming on FandangoNOW

Wonder how that compares to the 4K release?
The have rebuilt the titles again, Paramount are doing this a lot

I assume it's to do with going back to the Camera Negatives.
You could (just) get away with using the original created title elements with HD masters, which would have been a few generations from the camera neg. But they stick out.
