it's funny that the same Joss Whedon was in a similar situation with Fox and his Firefly, and at the end he got the change to film Serenity to give some plot holes their answers. Back on topic... one... two... three... FIGHT!

Most of the Top Brass involved are not the Top Brass anymore. Due to the AT&T buy out. The Warner Bros film devision have lost there power. Good or bad AT&T made there position known with both, putting up the money for the Snyder Cut and moving the Warner Theatrical lineup to streaming. They will happily destroy the remnents of the old guard. I do believe there is an internal war going on.
