[Help] Adding chapters to MKV's

I'm converting some 00000.m2ts files from BluRay rips into MKV's using MKVToolNix but it doesn't work with the chapters.txt files so I can preserve them. Is there a way to convert them for use in MKVToolNix or alternatively is there another way to convert the rips to MKV's and keep the chapters?

Use the playlist files as source instead of the m2ts, that should do I think.
