However, you'll have to desync the whole movie by half a frame to minimise a side effect of this video, 'cause for some reason, the video in this project has failed to exactly sync with the 2015 Blu-ray and prior ones at that one reel change that added 4 frames in the remaster. If I remember correctly, this project has removed only 3, so there's still one that puts the whole thing off for about 21ms after this point.

Oh shit. I had no idea. We were working with splicing in the pre-2017 transfer Special Edition with the 2017 transfer theatrical cut more than anything, and for whatever reason the pre-2017 SE has one less frame at the end of that bike ride-off scene compared to the pre-2017 TC. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. It's since been fixed now for anyone who was bothered by the 21ms sync difference at all.

Actually, it's ~42ms. When I said 21ms, I suggested to purposely desync the tracks by half a frame so that there's more chance to go unnoticed.

If you're into fixing things, you might want to check the aspect ratio of the SE scenes. It's not quite the same as the rest. The black bars thickness varies.

Sorry. 42ms is what I meant.

Yep. I'm aware that the aspect ratio isn't the same with the majority of TC footage compared to SE. It would mean having to crop it to correct for that, which we didn't want to do. When watching, I barely notice myself.
