Hello,
Am looking into the possibility at fixing up the HD print of 'Twin Dragons' if I can correct the colours and apply some desaturation.
A collaborator has synced up the classic dub and done a hybrid dub, but I'm wondering if anyone might have the LD Cantonese audio (or another decent-sounding track) that we can use in place of the blu-ray track, since I believe the one available to us only has a 5.1.
Thanks!

Which version is it that you think just has 5.1? Both the Blu-rays I know of have a 2.0 DTS-HD MA Cantonese track (US and Germany). The US version is shorter though, I think (100 mins vs 104 mins).
I was / am planning to combine the German H.264 and 2.0 DTS-HD MA Cantonese with English subtitles at some point. I haven't really checked if the audio sounds OK or not, though. I've spent a fortune on LDs lately but I'd definitely like to grab a bunch of Jackie Chan / Bruce Lee LDs and sync them in future (I know Enter the Dragon is one that's on the wishlist for starters).
I have the universe dvd if needed.

We've got the Japanese and U.S. blu-ray between us, and I've got the Joy Sales DVD. We've added subs to the HK version from the Japanese blu-ray. And I believe that the German blu-ray has the same print, with the possibility of it having slightly more saturation resulting in red faces on occasion.

According to dvd compare....
R0 "Joy Sales" release, for the anamorphic transfer though note the speed-up issue and reports of distorted audio. Note the other HK release features 5.1 sound but is non-anamorphic.

Well, I haven't yet watched it but I've got the German BD and will almost certainly make subtitles for it soonish. Will keep an eye out for reddish push. Lots of LD caps to do as well though!
So do you reckon the JP BD is already oversaturated and the DE BD is even worse?

So do you reckon the JP BD is already oversaturated and the DE BD is even worse? Yep. From the screencaps I've been sent the DE BD is even more saturated than the JP. But the reddish push is inconsistent.
Here are two caps that my friend sent from the DE BD:
As you can see, the reddish push is inconsistent.
I will upload caps from the equivalent scenes from the Japanese BD. I've since learned that the German BD has a higher bitrate.
Edit - Japanese blu-ray screencaps:
