Now with the Theatrical Stereo Mix and 5.1, and here I thought Sony would never reissue the 1st 2 films with more audio options but now that Afterlife also been announced for the same day on BD/UHD.  But $150 though for new extras, I don't know. (BTW: Same 4K master used on both MI4K's and UHD which great)
Edit(1/1/2022): It's now $99, probably a limited thing.

Curious to see how the "theatrical" stereo on this release compares with the LD stereo.
But I'm not gonna spend $150 to find out.

That is why i'm wait for the single versions or cheaper release version (as lower price reissue version). We got until Feb 1st.
Haven't seen Afterlife, but even if I had and really wanted to own it, this set is WAAAY too expensive for three films.

I have BD stereo remuxes for I & II and so am happy-ish to wait for solo releases.

They're also now in Dolby Vision.
It's pretty much what they did with Labyrinth, which was an improvement over their previous release.
The extras are the main draw for me as well as the audio.

This is the first time sense The 90s any form of the theatrical mix was available. The 5.1 remix for both Ghostbusters 1 & 2 was done in the mid-2000’s. I’ve been wondering what is the difference between the original mix and the 5.1’s for both films.
