Criterion laserdiscs not on DVD/BD/UHD-BD

Thanks to Julien, the LDDB admin, here you find the list of Criterion laserdiscs not on DVD/BD/UHD-BD!

They are 133, not so few...
Sadly my projects are lost due to an HDD crash... Sad

Just browsing the list, almost all of these are on BD, just not through Criterion. Is there anything special about the Criterion LDs that isn't on the existing BDs?

I guess mainly the bonus content; not sure about feature presentation, though, like aspect ratio, color grading etc.

Took a quick glace and there's also a lot of duplicates on the list, meaning just a CLV / CAV difference. Many of them released on the same date. So the actual list should be even smaller.

Indeed!

Also, there are some titles repeated, because of different covers (only?).

Usually CAV had more bonus content, but "forced" more side and disc changes.
