The Nightmare Before Christmas audio from 35mm scan

There's a 35m scan of The Nightmare Before Christmas online. If anyone wants the stereo audio from it to sync it up to the bluray, I can grab it for them. Does anyone know if this was 5.1 when it was in theaters originally? I'm assuming the audio on the bluray is the track used for the 3D theatrical re-release.

Credits only show Dolby Stereo, so the optical is most likely the only theatrical track. Would be curious to see how it sounds compared to the LD. I'd assume the LD probably sounds better, but it could be like the Aladdin 35mm scan where the optical actually sounds really good and better then the LD.

Are you sure it's ok to discuss this particular 35mm scan in the public forum?

In any case I already synced the optical track to the UHD for my own use. Then I got hold of the LD track and found it superior so I synced that also. PM me if you need the LD sync but I won't share the optical sync due to the rules surrounding these scans.
