If you guys are talking about the very first Italian release of Once Upon a Time on Blu-Ray from 2012 by Warner that is well OOP! Only one copy on Amazon.it selling for 49.90 euro. The more recent one (by Eagle & Leone Film Group) I have and I can check but I have the feeling it's the same yellow nightmare that we have witnessed here

The original Warner also has the same yellow color timing, but at least the framing is correct, i have it somewhere, I believe the Leone Group one is similar, Like both me and originally Stamper said it would be good if someone with auto overlay skills (spoRv, random.next etc) could use the Italian 1.85:1 and fix the framing of the better compressed but cropped 1.77.1 US / EU one and then apply kk650 color timing to fix the yellow.

Eagle Pictures / Leon Film Group Looks like another damage done to cinema by L'immagine ritrovata in Bologna, a lot of their 4k restoration come out like this. There must be some incompetent working at color grading, how can every film they work on come out this yellow?
I have the 2014 is the 2017 the same encode or a better encode? The old one is VC1.
Better encode, I should analyze it and contribute to capsaholic
Evit your 2017 version looks like the best encode of the complete framing.
I think a combination with the original VC1 if they are the exact same, could produce a better looking and detailed version.
A mixture of all three including the US (as long as they line up in auto overlay) would yield even better results (if its possible) along with kk650 color timing (again if possible).

Yeah, the Eagle Pictures BDs almost invariably sport improved encodings.
It still cracks me up that in Cannes they projected Fistful of Dollars in 4K remastered all yellow and Tarantino was there and went "WTF? My personal 35mm print is better than that shit" LOL
Consider my copy at disposal to whoever decides to work on this project
