With what program can I take original frames? when i pull from VLC and MPC, they come out with different brightness.

Have you tried to feed the video directly into VirtuldDub2?
Sadly my projects are lost due to an HDD crash... Sad

If you're using Premiere Pro, you can export the current frame as an image.
