Downtime...

I wrote to the service provider, and they told me there were some accounts which overloaded the server where fanres is located, but now these accounts are suspended and so the downtime *should* be reduced...

Please let me know if, from now, you experience less downtime, more, or equal...
Sadly my projects are lost due to an HDD crash... Sad

something is still off... i saw u posted in this thread but when i clicked on it, got that error again. after refreshing twice, the page loaded. hoping this is just a hiccup and that things will actually improve

Downtime again right now, but it lasted few seconds... if it happens few times a day, for few seconds, I think we could like with it - at least, until we will grow up exponentially! Big Grin

Good news: hosting provider proposed to migrate my account (and thus fanres) to a new server... of course, I accepted, hoping it will reduce downtime...

this is great news Andrea!

I have noticed that everything loads a little slower but havent had a problem with it not loading... yet, LOL

Seriously, I hope this move to a new server will at least fix the downtime issueWink
