Best way to capture analog video and audio?

So I would want to capture Laserdisc that I have, but I would want to get the best video and audio quality out of it.

I guess the best video capture device would be this - http://www.amazon.com/StarTech-com-USB3H...00PC5HUA6/ ,but what about loseless audio? Should I just get high-end soundcard for PC and use line-in?
